We have a saying here: “we design our culture like we design the product.” Culture is the most important foundation for a successful company. A great culture provides the context for people to deliver their best work.

Our goal is to find the fastest way to win. Our culture is designed to allow us to achieve this.

We believe in using a combination of gut intuition & data to drive more rational decisions. We believe in meritocracy and driving big execution fast.

Culture is a set of shared values and principles. Everyone on the team is responsible for maintaining the culture as the best cultures derive from actions we take. We break our culture down into the following:

• Core Values - Determines who gets hired, promoted, or let go. These are behaviors and traits we value in individuals. (It’s not ping-pong tables and free food. We define those as perks.)
• Principles - How we aspire to work together as a team.

We hire team members who resemble GRIT and practice antifragility. “Grit is number one. It’s foundational to everything else. You will encounter failure after failure after failure, and frustration after frustration. The people who become better the harder things get, are the ones that are going to fly.”

• 10x - We always think about ways we can make things 10 times better than they are today. Our standards are high.
