Who?
Edgard & Cooper is looking for an Sr. Software Engineer who has a demonstrated track record of customer-facing technical leadership.
- 5+ years in an engineering/ tech leadership role. You can demonstrate significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language but it doesn’t need to be a language that we use here! Great people are effective and learn what we use quickly (or introduce us to better ways of working)
- Experience in collaborating directly with product teams and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users. Engineers at Edgard & Cooper are pragmatists who work closely with others on cross-disciplinary teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with strategic planning and setting strategies for technical teams.
- A strong decision maker in a complex technical environment. You're an experienced problem solver.
