This paper ultimately addresses two key topics related to the governance framework (1) accountability systems and (2) decision making. We want to expand our ideas to imagine "fair" ways to moderate conversations around addressing and repairing harm, and we want to think about the spirit of democratic fairness in regard to making collective, collaborative decisions.
