- The executive team cares immensely about organizational health and takes every hire they make seriously even when the impulse and pressure to grow is present.
- The company's primary purpose is to create value for customers through the creation of software products.
- The product created addresses primitive problems in multibillion-dollar industries such as (but not limited to) Prop-Tech, Fin-Tech, and Med-Tech.
- The executive team has clear ethical boundaries as to what they would and would not do with the software developed, regardless of financial upside.
- At least one founder has to have 3-5 years experience being a product contributor (engineer or designer) at a previous company, not of his/her own, that has had product-market fit.
- The company has to have a minimum of $5M in funding or $2.5M lead by a major VC firm.
- The product needs to be past it's POC stage and in its product-market fit stage or business market fit stage.
- Minimum project size for new clients is $50k and for returning clients $35k.
