Part 1: About Diagram & the Role

💡 About Us:

Diagram is a Venture Builder and Investor with over $400M in assets under management, specializing in launching and scaling ventures in Fintech and ClimateTech. Since 2016, Diagram has collaborated with exceptional founders to launched and invested in more than 35 ventures, combining access to capital, hands-on support, and a deep ecosystem of partners to catalyze the growth of world-changing companies.

We are currently deploying capital out of our third FinTech fund and our first ever ClimateTech fund to continue building ventures in the space

At Diagram, we have two different strategies in place to deploy capital:

Venture Builder: We ideate, derisk, and launch ventures from scratch. This includes everything from developing a thesis on a problem space, testing different solutions, identifying first customers, assembling a founding team, and securing early stage venture funding.
Venture Investor: Founders come to Diagram to pitch for capital. We invest in early stage companies that align with our fund’s strategy.

We’re looking to add another class of interns to our team for Summer 2026 to help us de-risk different startup ideas under our venture builder or venture investor teams. If you are a student passionate about contributing to the startup ecosystem, this role is for you!

👀 What we are looking for:

As a Diagram intern you will work hand in hand with the Diagram team to evaluate new ventures based on our investment criteria, playing a key role in going deep into new themes and ideas that will turn into companies and investments.
