Please share your news with the People team (and anyone else you'd like to tell, such as your manager). You should only tell us when you feel ready. However, if you’re entitled to paid parental leave, you must tell us that you or your partner is pregnant no later than the 15th week before your baby is due (this timeline may differ depending on your country).
Our parental leave policies apply to all current or soon-to-be parents, regardless of whether the child is going to be born to an employee of Pento, or their spouse or partner; adopted at any age; or born through surrogacy.
