- Starting with your flag horizontal at your belly button, step out with your left foot and bring your flag up above your head.
- Flag is brought down behind your back and weight is fully shifted onto your left foot, right foot is at a point behind you.
- Turn to your right, all the way around so that you face your flag, flag is pointing down during the unwind, feet begin to come together.
- Flag back in ready position (you end facing opposite to where you originally were facing).
