We've gained serious momentum this year and we are looking for our next Senior Growth Strategist to join us. You'll grow our agency and our clients.

What will you be doing?

• Acting as a growth strategist and business consultant to our clients by developing a deep understanding of their business and vertical
• Delivering holistic, full-funnel growth strategies with strong supporting rational and data
• Project managing the wider BC team and specialist network to execute your strategies

Who are you?

• Someone with full-funnel growth experience with an emphasis on performance marketing/paid acquisition
• Someone with both B2B and B2C SaaS experience and/or ecommerce experience
• You may have previous agency experience as a Strategist or a Planner, but not a requirement
• You are no stranger to working cross-functionally with marketing, product, data and sales to really unlock growth.
• A people person—building and cultivating relationships comes naturally to you.
