1.1 DELLI operates an online marketplace which DELLI makes available as a service, through the DELLI App, to enable sellers ("Sellers") to sell, and buyers ("you") to buy, food and drink products through the DELLI mobile application (the "DELLI App", and together with the service the "DELLI Service").
1.2 The DELLI Service is operated by DELLI Limited ("DELLI", "we", "our" or "us").
2.1 What these terms cover. This document and any documents referred to within it (collectively, the “Terms of Service”) set out the terms of your relationship with us. By using and accessing the DELLI Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. We will also ask you to accept these Terms of Service when you place an order for Products (as defined in paragraph 5.1 below) through the DELLI App. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the DELLI Service, set up an account on the DELLI App or order any Products.
2.2 Why you should read them. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you use the DELLI Service. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end our contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If there is anything within the Terms of Service that you do not understand, please contact us to discuss what this means for you.
2.3 Updates to these terms. The current version of the Terms of Service contains the only terms and conditions that apply to our relationship with you. Older versions of the Terms of Service will no longer apply to our relationship and will be completely replaced by the current version.
3.1 Who we are. DELLI is company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 13063011, whose registered office address is 9th Floor 107 Cheapside, London, England, EC2V 6DN. Our registered VAT number is 367 4571 65 GB.

3.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
3.4 “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
