At Della AI, we want lawyers, anyone in charge of a business and entrepreneurs to know more about their contracts and the associated risks. It's too time consuming and too expensive to review all the contracts manually; this is where Della comes in.

As a member of the AI team, you will be leveraging the most recent NLP publications to deliver solutions to real-life business problems. You will work on the full AI pipeline: data analysis, data ingestion, model design, scoring, deployment and you will be involved in the development and maintenance of AI services.

Your DNA

• You are studying a quantitative discipline in an engineering school (and/or a master's degree).
• You know that ELMo, BERT, RoBERTa, ERNIEs are not just characters from The Muppets.
• You know that 🤗 is a very special emoji for the NLP community.
• You are deeply interested in LLMs.
• You have already solved practical problems with NLP libraries (spacy, nltk etc.)
• You have implemented deep learning models using tensorflow or pytorch.
• And finally... you don't automatically use deep learning if a regex is nearly as good.
