Hi @here

We are already remote-first company as you might noticed :slightly_smiling_face:

But this is just a begging, because we need to advance further with the processes in the company, so we can get more from being remote-first.

Now - it's just a beginning of the journey - but let's together imagine how our company will work in the future, when we even more familiar with remote first approach.

I've got some literature for you, which I was reading to pick up more on what is remote first and how we can use it for our benefit.

  1. https://protocol.ai/blog/how-we-work-at-protocol-labs/ - here are Protocol Labs (which are btw is the best example on how CIL should look and feel and even be structured, I think for now the structure of the website of their Labs is the best one on the market). They are also remote-first - and writing about this in their blog. I think we will have to have somethings like this post in our blog as well.
  2. GitLab's complete Remote Playbook https://about.gitlab.com/company/culture/all-remote/ GitLab is one of pioneers of remote-first work and they even created a guide for companies - how to become a remote-first. Worth reading! Most of the ideas from it I'm planning to propose for implementation in our company - so be ready and get informed!) (BTW - they also have a good list of resources for remo-first companies.
