We are already remote-first company as you might noticed :slightly_smiling_face:
But this is just a begging, because we need to advance further with the processes in the company, so we can get more from being remote-first.
Now - it's just a beginning of the journey - but let's together imagine how our company will work in the future, when we even more familiar with remote first approach.
I've got some literature for you, which I was reading to pick up more on what is remote first and how we can use it for our benefit.
