- You will own the growth experimentation program of Deepnote and evangelize data-driven decision making in our product.
- You will define and uphold how we measure the performance of our growth experiments, and lead the team to iterate on learnings.
- You will work closely with our Product, Engineering and Marketing leads to iterate and execute on Deepnote's go-to-market strategy.
About you:

- You enjoy running experiments across different parts of the product and user lifecycle.
- You love data, have an analytical mind and a drive to understand the why behind numbers.
- You are driven, curious and opportunistic.
- You have stellar skills in working with others.
- You communicate clearly and with precision, both in person and in writing.
Bonus points:
- You have managed a team in the past.
