Was sind Notion-Vorlagen?
Eine Notion-Vorlage kann jede freigegebene Seite in Notion sein, die dupliziert werden kann. So kannst du deine liebsten Workflows mit anderen teilen oder andere Workflows duplizieren, die du verwenden möchtest.
Wie dupliziert man Notion-Vorlagen?
Gehe auf die Vorlage, die du duplizieren möchtest, wähle aus dem Dropdown-Menü den Workspace aus, in dem das Duplikat gespeichert werden soll, und klicke dann auf „Duplizieren“.
Wenn du angemeldet bist, wird die Vorlage automatisch deinem Workspace hinzugefügt. Wenn du nicht angemeldet bist oder noch kein Notion-Konto besitzt, wirst du aufgefordert, dich anzumelden bzw. ein Benutzerkonto zu erstellen.
Wie lädt man Notion-Vorlagen herunter?
Notion-Vorlagen duplizierst du so, als würdest du eine Kopie davon in deinen Workspace herunterladen. Klicke einfach auf die blaue „Duplizieren“-Schaltfläche und schon findest du sie in deinem Workspace in der Seitenleiste.
Wie erstellt man Notion-Vorlagen?
Du kannst jede Notion-Seite in eine Vorlage verwandeln. Klicke dazu einfach oben rechts auf „Teilen“ und aktiviere dann „Im Web teilen“ und „Duplikat als Vorlage zulassen“. Achte dabei darauf, dass du die öffentliche URL verwendest, die unter dem Umschalter „Im Web teilen“ angezeigt wird.
