- Hiring is time-consuming. Reducing the focus that organizations can have on the core of their work that will generate the most impact. We offer a range of hiring and recruitment services. Organizations may outsource much of their hiring process to us, including advertising jobs and screening candidates, or may contract with us for headhunting for hard-to-fill roles, saving many hours of time for each hire.
- Hiring process consultation, implementation, and ongoing guidance.
- Hiring is a niche skill. Small and growing organizations don't always have anyone with experience to build out processes and learn. This results in a huge time sink for young organizations doing trial-and-error from scratch that could counterfactually be more impactful with guidance and support in building their hiring practices. We will coach and consult with hiring managers on best practices and share these with the wider community so that all of EA is more effective in hiring.
