Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in New York or Croatia.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive user interfaces, seamless user flows, and visually stunning designs for all user-facing interfaces.
• Work closely with management and engineering to create feasible, user-centric designs.
• Evolve and own a cohesive brand identity and design system that embodies Daytona's mission, product, and community.
• Implement and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
