Stackd is a personal media archive app that lets you log books and films you have read and watched, rate them, leave personal notes, and build a private record of your taste over time.

1. Information We Collect  Stackd does not require account creation. By default:
We do not collect or transmit any of your data to any server.
2. How We Use Information Information is used only to provide core app features — logging your books and films, storing your ratings and notes, managing your wishlist, and displaying your personal stats. We do not sell personal data.
3. Permissions We Request Stackd does not request any special device permissions. The app functions entirely without access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other system resource. No permissions are required to use any feature of the app.
4. Data Storage and Security All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to external servers. We take reasonable measures to protect data within the app. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.
5. Third-Party Services We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or data brokers of any kind.
6. User Control and Data Deletion
You fully control your data. You can export your library as a PDF or CSV file at any time from Settings. You can delete all data using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings, or uninstall the app, which permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
