This table looks at typical terms that are required to be part of an employment contract (in England and Wales).

For each term, we take a closer look into the conventional approach, and the reasons for it. We also explore ways in which these approaches can be reimagined (and possible legal considerations) to create a more relational, transparent, mutually respectful, trauma, risk-informed, and legible contract, with example case studies from the Peer Group and beyond.
