We pride ourselves on uptime and systems reliability. And, over the long term, much of our leverage as a company will come from the quality of our systems and infrastructure. We could build the world’s cleanest, easiest API, but it wouldn't matter if we’re not consistently rock-solid as we scale, or if our costs grow faster than our revenue.
Right now, we're starting to transition from mostly thinking about shipping features, to thinking about designing architectures for scaling. We want someone to join us who has built out and managed large systems, and who wants to bring that experience and knowledge to our small, fun, scrappy team.
