We provide access to mental health support via Spill. You can ask a therapist a question over message, book a session or access resources.
We also offer a bespoke scheme for our Creators, developed in-house, for them to easily access professional help.
Our vacation policy puts Sixteenth above both the UK statutory entitlement, and the countrywide average. We also offer an additional day for every year of service.
We’re big on self-improvement, and reading is one of the easiest ways to do this. We have a Sixteenth Audible account populated with great reads, and are happy to send our employees a physical copy of any business or self-development books they have their eye on.
We are a super close team, and though we often work remotely, we don’t feel far apart. From knock-off drinks to team quizzes and off-sites, there’s always something going on.
