Exalt (sometimes “we” or “us”) takes your privacy very seriously and we have designed our service with your privacy in mind. When you use Exalt you will be sharing information with us. To ensure your trust we want to always be clear and keep you up to date about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

We've tried to write this policy in a way that’s easy to understand and free of the legalese that often makes these documents difficult to understand on purpose. Of course, if you still have questions about anything in our Privacy Policy you can contact us.

Exalt has designed the services we offer you to be a safe, secure experience that meets your expectations for community, security, and privacy from third-parties.  To meet your expectations and keep Exalt safe and secure, we sometimes need to collect, use, and share information about you when you use our site, mobile app, or other products and services (collectively, the "Exalt" or the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us or receive a communication from us. This Privacy Policy explains how and when we will collect, use, or share information about you and applies to all activity that takes place on Exalt.

By using Exalt, whether by visiting our website or application or otherwise, and/or by voluntarily providing data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the practices contained in this Privacy Policy and Exalt’s Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”).
