THE MYTH —

Belial the Scorned, Belial the Uprooted, he was the loyal killer of the Spanish Monarchy. There was no one who was safe from his blood soaked hands. If the king demanded their heads, Belial would deliver it every time. He grew to be infamous amongst the masses, a monster in the eyes of decent folk. Scholars often note that with any mention of him, there’s always word of the emptiness in his eyes.

He traveled to Nephilim in pursuit of Samael’s head. He was told that with that accomplishment, he would be granted the noble title stripped from his line. You see, Belial was once the son of a powerful house who ruled the underground with their web of information. Belial himself caused their downfall after offending the queen of Spain.

His task had been so simple, or so he had thought. In Nephilim he had a taste of freedom and he grew hungry. Belial grew to actually care for the people he surrounded himself with and so he joined their cause. His information regarding Spain helped provide an insight to their moves. Belial is a controversial figure. Some view him as a coward for running away from a problem he caused. Some say that there is more to the story.
