Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Designer is responsible for the quality reviews and editing of learning and training materials and courseware produced for a wide range of clients and industries. Additionally, this position may be asked to support instructional design tasks including development of e-learning and instructor led training.

Responsibilities

• Carefully review and test web-based courses for design, consistency and functionality
• Write and edit (for grammar, clarity, syntax, reference) material to conform to publication style
• Troubleshoot course issues in the design phase and as reported by users and LXD + eLearning Developers
• Tests product on all identified delivery platforms
• Provide reports and timeline for updating issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the L+D Space
• Experience in developing eLearning courses is preferred.
• Experienced in supporting electronic Learning and Document Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using Office 365.
• Experience using project management software such as Monday, Asana, Notion or similar.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both communication and written.
