Integrations
- [ ] Review current Integrations and add/remove/consolidate to match your existing tech stack.
- [ ] Review the Activity Logs for any failed events, attribute changes, etc - if there are failures, you can work with your CSM/the CS Team to investigate and then update your integrations accordingly.
Profiles
- [ ] Depending on your messaging needs, delete old unengaged profiles, unsubscribed users, profiles without a device or phone number, profiles without a valid email, etc.
- [ ] Export & delete Profiles on the Suppression List
- [ ] Check for duplicate profiles.
- [ ] Check Data Index and remove any outdated/duplicate attributes - once an attribute is blank for every profile, it will automatically be removed from your account.
- [ ] Export a bounce list & run profiles through an email validator (like Kickbox). A bounce list can be created by segment conditions ‘any email has bounced.’
- [ ] If your account has multiple workspaces, check profiles in each workspace under People.
Messaging
- [ ] Archive or delete unused Segments and Campaigns.
- [ ] Tag (and possibly rename) Segments, Campaigns, and Newsletters to better organize your workspace.
- [ ] Check Snippets & Layouts for any outdated brand content
- [ ] Check Deliveries & Drafts for recent failed messages - if messages failed due to ‘missing liquid parameters,’ update your integrations to ensure the correct data is sent or add a fallback.
