Welcome to GLAM’s Terms of Service (these "Terms")!

The Terms below have been prepared by GLAM (the terms "App"), a subsidiary of CUPIST Inc. (the terms "us", "we", the "Company"). The Terms serve as a contract between you and the Company in which the conditions that relate to the App are set in place before you start enjoying our App.

Please take a moment to read the following Terms carefully in order to have a great experience on GLAM.

The purpose of these Terms is to inform and administer you of our as well as your rights and responsibilities. All users of the App must follow the Terms outlined below to use the App.

The user may only use the App once they have agreed to these legal and irreversible Terms. Once the user accesses, views, or uses the App, it will be considered that the user has agreed to the Terms. The user will be legally bound to these Terms and the Company reserves the right to revise the Terms as it fits and as long as the revisions do not cross legal boundaries, they may be altered without notifying the user. Changes to the Terms take immediate effect once they are announced online. If the user continues to use the App even after the revisions take effect, it will be considered that the user has agreed to the revised Terms. Thus, we advise that you check the Terms frequently to access the most recent version.

The following terminology within these Terms has been established by the Company.

Your GLAM Account

GLAM Account (the terms "Account") refers to any email or other accounts, password-based or third-party licensed account that is used to sign-in to the App. To use the App, an account might be needed, and for certain features, an account will be required. The Account will be created once you agree to the Terms, enter your email address and password, and if needed, agree to verify your phone number or use another third-party account to sign in. It will be considered that you have agreed to the Terms once you have created an Account.

The Company monitors Your Content in various ways, including automated and human methods, to the legal and technological extent permitted, in order to detect Content in violation of relevant laws, these Terms and/or the User Guidelines, or Content that is inappropriate and/or indecent. You understand and agree that the Company may monitor or review any and all Content that You transmit or share through GLAM, including Your video chat screen.

For a smooth operation of the App, the membership approval process is monitored by the Company and those approved Accounts will continue to be monitored even after they have been approved. To manage all profiles, any information on the User’s profile can be revised or deleted by us. In addition, the Company reserves the right to limit the use of the App, revise or delete any false information in regard to the User’s username or other information on the User’s profile, delete anything that puts one’s privacy at risk or does not follow societal and/or cultural norms, and remove anything that can be misconstrued as being posted by an employee of the Company or any complications that may have taken place when uploading the information.

The Company reserves the right to deny the creation of an Account or can restrict the Account from future use of the App if you 1) impersonate another person’s name, email address, and other personal information to create an Account; 2) enter false or fails to enter information for items required to be filled in for creating an Account; 3) are under the age of 18; 4) are deemed harmful to the community or society; 5) create two different Accounts with two different Devices; 6) or we deem that you are using the App for purposes that does not comply with the standards set by the Company. Also, the User does not have the right to exercise their rights if their actions fall under any of the categories mentioned above.

The Company reserves the right to place specific Users ahead of others according to factors such as their profile status, usage period, and usage time under reasonable standards. This could result in limited usage of the App for certain Users.

Your Account can only be used by yourself. You cannot let someone else use your Account, and you must be responsible for managing your password so that other people cannot sign-in to your Account without permission. If you think or find out that someone else is using your Account without permission, please notify our Help Center immediately, and we will help you to stop that individual from accessing your Account and pursuing any further action.

The User has the right to access personal information and revise certain items in Settings within the App. However, to operate and provide our App, certain information, such as required sign-in credentials, mobile identification number, and others cannot be eligible for revision.
