Stilt Case Study

Problem

While working fully remote during COVID19, digging through my calendar to find the link for my next Zoom call was a pain that I knew all too well. I found a tool, called Meeter, to do this from the Mac menu bar, but quickly realized there was no support for Google Meets (which we frequently used at my job) and the tool itself wasn't even available for PC users.

Solution

My friend and I built a Google Chrome extension to allow PC users to quickly launch their upcoming Zoom, Google Meet, Skype or Teams calls directly from the extension.

Product Design

• User flows and UI sketches
• Using Figma, building medium and high-fidelity screens
• Interviewing users post launch to determine willingness to pay and identify areas for improving the product

Front End Development

• Built the front end for the Chrome Extension (and landing page) in React and SCSS
