About The Role

Crowded is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer, to join our development team and be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, back-end developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of exceptional digital experiences. Your technical expertise and passion for innovation will be crucial in driving the success of our front-end development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural discussions and make informed decisions on technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into the team's workflow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the front-end development workflow.
• Initiate and lead discussions on improving development practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior front-end developers in your team.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer
• Experience with modern technologies and frameworks like React and Vue.js
• Experience developing with TypeScript
• Strong experience with automated testing
• Strong understanding of Agile development principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Advantage: Experience developing React Native applications
• Advantage: Knowledge of retail banking, especially banking as a service and neobanks
• Full time availability
