📅 UNDERSTANDING THE GIG: SEASONAL & FLEXIBLE

This is a contractor position, offering the flexibility of gig work. Because we are an event-based business, our calendar is dynamic. We are looking for baristas to join our roster for our Peak Seasons, where shift volume is highest:

• Spring Peak: March (SXSW!) – May
• Fall Peak: September – November (ACL & F1!)
• Holiday Peak: Early December (The first two weeks are our busiest!)
• Note: Slower seasons (January, February, July, August) will naturally have fewer shifts available.

About Scheduling: We use Homebase to manage scheduling and shift claims. As events are booked, opportunities are posted for eligible baristas to claim based on role, with some shifts occasionally assigned directly. Because we're an event-based company, hours can ebb and flow from week to week, so this role is a great fit for someone looking for flexible work that can complement school, another job, or other commitments. We ask that team members keep their availability updated so we can help connect you with the opportunities that fit you best.

• Logistics & Setup: Safely transport, set up, and tear down mobile espresso carts. You are an expert at turning a blank space into a visually stunning coffee bar.
