Manta Hub Privacy Policy

Manta Hub ("www.manta.im", hereinafter 'Service') is a service operated by Coxwave (hereinafter 'Company'). In the provision of services, the following personal information handling policy has been established and disclosed to protect the personal information of information subjects in accordance with Article 30 of the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

• Purpose of collection and use of personal information

1. The company collects personal information to provide services such as content provision, customized service provision, billing, identity verification, purchase and payment, and fee collection.
2. The company collects personal information for member management such as identity verification for service use, prevention of illegal use of bad members, confirmation of intention to join, limiting the number of subscriptions, retention of records for dispute resolution, complaint handling, delivery of notices, confirmation, etc.
3. The company collects personal information for new service development and marketing use, such as providing customized services, checking service validity, providing event and advertising information, identifying access frequency, and statistics on member service use.

2. Provision of personal information to third parties

The company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Collection and Use of Personal Information), and without the prior consent of the member, it shall not be used beyond the scope or, in principle, the member's personal information shall not be disclosed to a third party. However, the following cases are an exception.
