💜 Care Package Coordinator

Care Package Coordinators are the organizers behind the scenes who make sure every monthly delivery goes out complete, accurate, and on time.

They handle logistics, organize volunteers, and work with partners to gather supplies that bring comfort and relief to families in need.

Purpose

This role ensures the smooth preparation, assembly, and delivery of all Core C.A.R.E. monthly care packages.

Core Responsibilities

• Track inventory and ensure all needed items are available before packaging day.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment Specialists and partners for donations or purchases.
• Organize volunteers to assemble packages efficiently.
• Verify correct quantities and contents for each family.
• Work with Delivery Drivers to schedule pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
