We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on ownership, end-to-end product thinking, and building resilient systems that can support cutting-edge ML models in production at scale.

The Role

As the Lead Engineer, you’ll be the sole technical owner responsible for taking new ML models from research to production and making them accessible to enterprise clients via our API platform. This is not a narrow role—you’ll touch everything from infrastructure to SDKs, uptime to deployment pipelines. You’ll wear many hats and be trusted with immense ownership.

You will:

• Ship end-to-end features: from prototype to production with minimal oversight.
• Manage reliability at scale: ensure 99.999% uptime, respond rapidly to incidents, and own the pager when critical systems go down.
• Bridge research & production: package research ML models into production-ready APIs for clients.
• Support developers: maintain SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling to make Controlla’s platform a joy to use.
• Shape the tech stack: make key architecture and infrastructure decisions for our growing platform.

This role is for someone who has shipped their own apps, supported real users, and knows what it means to keep the lights on when things break.
