What is Comp?

We’re a 40-person company building the Palantir for HR, with >R$100M raised from Khosla Ventures (early OpenAI, Stripe, Ramp), Kaszek (early Nubank) and Canary (Loft founders).

Comp is founded on two core beliefs:

  1. The most important thing in any company is their people
  2. The "product/service" that companies hire to manage their people (commonly known as "HR") needs to be reinvented.

By combining advanced AI and human expertise, we are rethinking HR from “first principles”, helping companies such as Nubank, Quinto Andar, iFood, Creditas, Caju, and hundreds more operate HR more strategically.

Why are we opening this role?

We’re opening this role to attract A+ generalists who want to become founders and are intentionally committing to a minimum 2-year journey, not a short experiment.

We designed the Future Founder role as the job we would have wanted before starting — so aspiring founders have everything they need in one "last job" before starting their own entrepreneurial endeavors.

Comp will be the place where you’ll meet your co-founder, build alongside exceptional peers who will become your first angel investors, tap into a network to hire your founding team, and stress-test your resilience inside a tight-knit, high-caliber performance environment.
