Multi-team workspaces ⚽️
Previously, when you had more than 8-10 people working together in the same Complish account it was a little messy to keep track of what everyone was working on. Now, you can group people into teams, so it's much easier to keep track of what's going with your colleagues in different contexts. You can be a member of as many teams as you like. Assign goals to Teams and Team home 🏏
Alongside the ability to group people into teams, you can now also assign a goal to a particular team and view team goals alongside the check-ins on the team home screen.
Goals: Status, target dates and metrics ⏰
We made a number of improvements to our "Goals" feature, now making this a legitimate way to track projects, OKR's or any kind of team objective.
Goal detail screen:
Click on any goal to access the Goal detail screen - where you can update the description, see related task check-ins, add metrics and view subgoals.
Goal status:
You can now set a status for each goal, which servces as a visual indicator of whether the goal is on track or needs some extra attention. If a subgoal needs some attention you'll also see a visual indicator on the main goal.
Goal metrics:
Add a label (eg. Customers, Sales, Churn rate), add a current value and a target value.
