Strengths:

• Good branding
• Lots of videos and pictures
• Up-to-date information + media
• Very informative

Weaknesses:

• Some sections are a bit text heavy or have too much text spanning along screen
• No “home” button on nav bar, can be confusing for navigation
• Spacing issues, elements/sections on each page are a little close together

Opportunities:

• Doesn’t have a storefront, which we plan to have
• Create a more concise and digestible webpage
• Make navigating simpler, and easier for each “type” of user to find what they’re looking for
• we have a smaller team, might be easier for new member to reach out to specific person

Threats:

• well-established team with lots of history and media to work off of
• Large team that is able to keep information updated
  • large team also means they always have something going on
