task 1
misuse of personal information- in this case the knowledge of medical records and health conditions (hereditary or accident prone) which can be used to sell off sensitive data to 3rd parties especially financial departments such as insurance firms that can increase the cost of services or even downright deny service.
invasion of privacy- almost any peripheral with a camera is always a case of the loss of the human right to privacy due to the chance of hacking by rouge groups that can sell your information to the highest bidder and the possibility of companies influencing your online footprint with things adjusted to your preferences for their profit or even the very governments policing and singling out certain individuals they deem a risk.
misplacement of trust - the possible emotional attachment to the product from individuals is considered a difficult case in ethics as the target audience involved (the elderly) requires constant companionship and the human need to be social with another being (even if not “alive” per say). this comes with the concern of losing the ability to socialize properly with other human beings and the risks that may come with it.
