We'd like you to spend up to 3-4 hours working on the task.

We will not be assessing you on ... as we understand you will not necessarily have all the context you need, nor will you be penalised if you don't feel you can complete the task in the time set.

Instead through this task and the interview questions that follow we are most interested in understanding:

When it comes to the interview you will have up to 15 minutes to talk us through your pitch/proposal and then we'll spend 15 minutes asking questions and sharing our reflections on what you have pitched, followed by 30 minutes of further questions about the role which will be shared the day before your interview.

Everyone that takes part in this process will be paid ... to cover up to 5 hours of your time (4 hours on the task and 1 hour interviewing).
