Concierge

Manually deliver the value proposition as a customized service. Generate ideas around your solution and identify the barriers to implement it.

Start with a first idea of your value proposition and a handful of customers. Like a concierge, use ways to manually solve the problem with the customer being present (e.g. make travel arrangements, give wealth management advice). Customers should experience the same journey as they would with your final solution. The objective is to test the solution and whether it matches the user’s needs. Use the constant feedback to adjust (iterate at low cost) your idea on the fly and gain a better understanding of the value you create for your customer.
