CoderSchool is currently looking for a Student Outcomes Manager to make sure CoderSchool graduates get great jobs.
As Student Outcomes Manager, you'll be responsible for talking with students, employers, and helping to find ideal matches between the two.
Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who has spent a lot of time thinking about career in their lives, and wants to share that with others. In this role, you'll be the one who is delivering the biggest promise that we make to our students: that taking a course at CoderSchool will really change their lives.
We have a slight preference for those who've worked in IT recruiting or HR, with more of a plus for those who already have connections in the tech industry, but what's more important is the ability to build organized processes. Processes to ensure no student ever gets left behind, and that the organization can scale: we are looking to scale our outcomes team as we graduate more and more students every year. Even if your main experience isn't with technical terms of Machine Learning and Web Development, we should able to onboard you quickly.
