CoderSchool is always recruiting great engineers with a passion for sharing, mentoring, and making complicated things sound simple. As an instructor at CoderSchool, you'll be helping thousands of people find their dream careers.
As an instructor your main job will be to coach students to success. We don't think of our teachers in the traditional sense; our teachers are more like that one smart friend you had in college. Though coaching does involve lecturing one-to-many style for roughly 10-15 hours a week, much of your time is going to be spent working with students and debugging alongside them.
It's also important that you stay on top of your field. The key company value at CoderSchool is "Always Be Learning", and instructors are expected to continuously refine and expand our curriculum.
All of our instructors at CoderSchool are full-time. If you're only available for part-time work, we're happy to discuss collaborating on some workshops or perhaps a TA role.
