As our Marketing team is expanding, we are looking for a Senior Communication Specialist who is driven and passionate about both internal & external communication. The role offers great opportunities to explore different aspects of Marketing, from PR, Social Media to Brand Partnerships.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and drive communication campaigns for CoderSchool to strengthen brand positioning in different markets
• Build & strengthen brand partnerships with schools, organizations, and clubs for activations, including workshops, hackathons, etc.
• Create & manage social content pipeline for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube
• Liaise with the Marketing team to ideate and write/design content for the advertisement to drive the number of leads
• Lead the creation & tracking of email dripping campaigns to attract and convert potential leads
• Manages the medium projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of content writing experience in an advertising or digital agency (portfolio of work/writing samples required) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce a clear, engaging narrative for social media & Public Relations
• Good interpersonal skills. Experience in building professional relationships is preferred
• A highly organized thinker with deep attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively manage own time
• Ability to write and converse well in Vietnamese and English (English is a must)
• Experienced in PR is strongly preferred
