💡 As we return to doing in person events, it's important that we continue to look after ourselves and each other during these events. We'll be following best practice and Scottish government guidelines when it comes to managing the space.

We ask that:
- You do not attend the event if you have had symptoms of covid - a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
- You wear a mask throughout the event, when not eating or drinking. If you are medically exempt, you are not expected to wear a mask.
- You regularly sanitise your hands as you move round the venue.
- You do a lateral flow test in the 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
- You use our QR check-in for Test & Protect.
We will not be requiring a vaccine passport.
What we will be doing:
- Staff will all wear masks throughout the day.
- Live speakers will not be expected to wear a mask while giving a talk.
- Food and drink will be served by staff on the day.
- Between each talk we will open the windows to the venue for a few minutes to help air circulate.
