TO: SOLVIT (Your Case 2746/25/ES): SOLVIT mediates cross-border EU law issues with national authorities. Since your June 4, 2025, clarification (via colaboradores.mabc@maec.es to SOLVIT Spain, forwarded to solvit@mae.ro Romania), follow up via solvit@mae.ro. How to do it: Email a new letter referencing case 2746/25/ES, attaching your unanswered Romanian letters, and request SOLVIT Romania contact ANAF/Ministries directly to enforce response (e.g., on Bilant/eIDAS issues). SOLVIT has 10 weeks to resolve; if no action, escalate to EC. Best for forcing informal replies.
