Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the leadership team through a variety of functions, such as full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement/retention efforts, benefits/managing, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts to Actively recruit new and replacement talent, including posting job ads and utilizing social media to Schedule and conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for basic job fit and culture fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess talent needs. Work with recruitment and staffing agencies to supplement our talent pipeline.
- Develop relationships with universities and other institutions through networking and career fairs
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
- Build a positive work environment to promote employee engagement.
- Represent Cloudtech in external sales events as and when required.
- Work on the company's Mission, Vision, Values, and Policies (Vacation, Expenses, Benefits).
Qualifications
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience.
- Experience with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc.
