Step 1: List everything you want to do in life (20 minutes)
- Learn how to talk, write and read Japanese
- Travel to Japan
Step 2: Write down your perfect day 5 years from now
5 years from now, I want to be travel yearly to Japan and discover the country all while speaking to the people in their own language.
Step 3: Write down a more realistic day 1 year from now
1 year from now, I will know enough Japanese to watch some YouTube-videos with Japanese-subtitles enabled and read some simple mangas.
Step 4: Write down what you are doing right now with a score and how much time you pass

Step 5: Analyse the list and check what is out of balance
- Too many hours of YouTube compared to that low score
- High value for Japanese but not doing anything
Step 6: Find the overarching themes in your list and in Step 2
Fix backpain / go swimming / lose 5kg ⇒ physical health
Step 7: Create an action-plan
