Type 2 diabetes under control with personal nutritional advice & app

This manual will help you follow our treatment step by step. As you may already know, our treatment is completely digital. You will use the Clear.bio app and our dieticians in the app will give you personal nutritional advice. During the treatment you can contact them with all your questions!
The Clear.bio treatment makes it possible for (pre)diabetes type 2 patients to log their nutrition and show the connection with the sugar level. The sugar level is measured using a tool (sensor). The treatment shows to what extent the meals are good for the patient. Through instructions in the app and the help of dieticians, it is possible to improve the meals. The result is a healthier diet and and improvement in sugar levels.
The Clear.bio treatment complies with the Dutch NHG Guideline for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus as a non-drug recommendation.
The Clear.bio treatment is a supplement to existing treatment for type 2 diabetes and is not a substitute for a (regular) visit to a doctor and/or practice nurse.
The Clear.bio treatment is not intended for use in persons under 18 years old.
The Clear.bio treatment also does not make a diagnosis.
