The Flow of the Conversation

Section About Why
Word Association Participants choose 1-3 words that they associate with the topic. This sets the tone of the conversation, serves as an icebreaker, and reveals the mental models of the participants.
Conversation Any participant can pose a question or provocation that the group responds to. This provides just the right amount of structure and allows the conversation to go where ever it feels most meaningful.
Reflection and Application The participants review the notes from the conversation and share their key takeaways and next steps. If you are not reflecting, you are not learning.
