As we grow, we’re looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can shape our people strategy, build a strong organizational culture, and empower teams to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership to align business objectives with people strategies.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention for tech, product, and field teams.
- Build frameworks for performance management, career progression, and learning.
- Foster a culture of ownership, empathy, and transparency across the organization.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and organizational design as we scale globally.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience as an HRBP / People Partner (preferably in startups or tech).
- Strong understanding of organizational psychology and HR analytics.
- Experience handling cross-functional teams in tech, product, and operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A mindset that blends empathy with execution - you care deeply about people and business outcomes.
