What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive and scalable user experiences across web and mobile applications (online and offline dMRV apps).
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Domain Experts to translate climate and data-heavy workflows into simple, meaningful UI.
- Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across Circonomy’s digital ecosystem.
- Conduct user research, field studies, and usability testing with farmers, project managers, and carbon standard partners.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and others.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and maintain design quality post-release.
- Continuously improve user journeys through insights from analytics, feedback loops, and on-ground testing.
What You Bring
- 4–5 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design for B2B, SaaS, or impact-tech products.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and basic prototyping tools.
- Strong visual sense, with understanding of responsive design and mobile-first UI.
- Experience working with data-heavy dashboards or field-based mobile applications (offline/low network environments is a plus).
- Ability to balance functionality and simplicity in user workflows.
