By leveraging Apple’s on-device Foundation Models, we can enable a fast and accurate, conversational intake experience that feels personal, frictionless, and secure.

Problem & Context

Patient intake is often a tedious, multi-screen process and can lead to user drop-off and incomplete information. This friction can delay treatment, reduce engagement, and cause users to seek alternative providers. AI chat has the potential to deliver measurable user experience gains. Additionally, on-device implementation can enhance privacy, and mitigate regulatory concerns, without the additional costs of server-side LLMs.
