Hi there! This is an example on how to create recurring tasks in Notion in the style of Google Tasks, Wunderlist, Todoist etc. Unfortunately, as of today, Notion does not allow setting a reminder within a formula so that's not included.

The main difference with existing solutions is that it doesn't need any external page/table and doesn't use an extremely convoluted formula. It just makes use of Notion's "Last edited" prop and some simple math.

Notion doesn't seem to automatically refresh the table so after 1 minute/hour/... you may have to switch tabs, click "New", change view or simply refresh the page. A bit annoying but not a bad tradeoff IMO.

When you untick "Done" the task will still stay there because of the filter and you can just tick it again to make it disappear. It will pop back up once the recurring time has been reached. 👌

This template and all the content in this page are released under the MIT license, meaning you can do anything you want with it (even commercially) but you must attach the license below (as a toggle or another visible format) together with the copyright notice. This is only to prevent someone from claiming they came up with the idea/formula. Thank you for your understanding.

Notice: all props are displayed to show how this works but ideally you'll want to hide anything right of "Repeat". The calendar view below also shows how the task are scheduled every time they are marked as completed.
