Break into venture capital with confidence. The Chicago:Blend Venture Fellowship is a high-impact, four-month program designed for driven, high-potential professionals ready to launch their careers in VC.

Each cohort includes just 10 standout Fellows—keeping it tight, focused, and powerful. This part-time experience offers real-world exposure at top VC firms, expert-led venture finance training, and deep connections in the city’s thriving tech and investing scene.

It’s your springboard to a full-time role in venture capital.

🧠 Who Should Apply?

We are looking for high-potential individuals who:

• Are firmly committed to pursuing a career in venture capital.
• Have at least two (2) years of professional work experience, or are currently enrolled in graduate school.
• Have authorization to legally work in the United States.
• Reside in the Chicagoland area, as portions of the program are held in person. Illinois residency is required and you will need to provide proof of residency to participate. Not local? Check out VC Unleashed — it’s open nationwide.
